The hotel had a great location, with several attractions within walking distance. It was also near a shopping mall and various dining options. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering enough space to relax after a long day of exploring. the hotel provided free WiFi, convenient for staying connected during my city trip.
There were some aspects that could be improved. The air conditioning was not always reliable, as it would be turned off at certain times, causing the room to become too warm.

From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a luxurious stay. the exclusive amenities provided in the room were the cherry on top - a private sauna and an indoor swimming pool! We made use of the Spa & wellness centre, and the massage was one of the best we've ever had. the restaurant and bar areas were also fantastic, offering delicious food and drinks to enjoy in a sophisticated atmosphere.
While all the staff were friendly and welcoming, there seemed to be a lack of attention to detail.
